Note

➤ About 24-hour monitoring:

The DVR is only compatible with 12V vehicles. A 24V power supply will damage the motherboard. For a 24V vehicle, use a 24V to 12V converter (BL).

➤ About the video:

Our DVR is a 4K recorder and requires a high-quality TF card, at least Class 10. Lower-quality cards will not function correctly. If you are unsure about your card, purchase our original SD card.

➤ About the rear camera:

As our chipset and sensor are specific, only our original rear camera is guaranteed to be compatible with our dashcam.

⚠ Important:

The recorder requires a C10 or higher speed memory card. It is recommended to purchase a certified card from our store to avoid incompatibilities.
